Subprocessors & Third-Party Services

1.Who helps us run RSMinds
A few trusted providers process data on our behalf, only on our instructions, so we can run the platform. We never sell your data, and your research content is never used to train AI. Here is each provider and what it does.
2.Google Cloud (Google LLC)
Our core infrastructure, used as our purpose-limited processor for:
- Sign-in— Firebase Authentication (email and password, and Google sign-in), shared across the RSMinds Minds.
- Database & hosting — your account and saved research sessions are stored in Firestore in the asia-south1 (Mumbai, India) region, and the site runs on Firebase Hosting.
- AI— the copilots run on Google's Gemini models via Vertex AI. Requests use Google's global Vertex endpoint and may be handled outside India to produce your result; inputs are not used to train Google's models.
- Analytics— Google Analytics for Firebase, loaded only after you consent, to understand platform usage.
3.Razorpay (India)
Handles payments for plans and top-ups. Your card details go straight to Razorpay under its own policies and PCI-DSS standards — RSMinds never sees or stores your full card number, only a record of each transaction.
4.Public scholarly databases
To find and check the literature, the research Minds query public scholarly and trial-registry sources — for example OpenAlex, Crossref, PubMed and clinical-trial registries. These are public searches of published records; we do not send your account details or personal data to them.
5.What we never do
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your research content to train AI models — not ours, and not any provider's. Each provider acts only to deliver the service, under its own data-processing terms.
6.Ask us for a DPA
Need a Data Processing Agreement for your institution? Write to researchandstatminds@gmail.com and we will provide one.
7.When this list changes
We update this page whenever we add or replace a provider, with a new effective date, and we give notice within the platform for any material change. For the full picture of what we collect and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
