AI Privacy & Usage

AI is never automatic. Every RSMinds copilot runs only when you deliberately trigger it — you stay the researcher, the AI suggests, and you decide what to keep. We call this Mindful AI: a tool that sharpens your thinking, never a black box that replaces it.

When you run an AI action, only the specific content that feature needs is sent for processing — never your whole account, and never data from Minds you are not using. You can review what an action will use before you run it.

RSMinds' AI features are powered by Google Vertex AIon Google Cloud. Your prompts are sent to Vertex AI via Google's global endpoint solely to generate your result, under Google Cloud's Data Processing Addendum. Google acts as a purpose-limited processor on our instructions — it does not use your content for its own purposes.

Your inputs are notused to train any AI model — not ours, and not Google's. Google contractually commits that Vertex AI inputs are not used to train its foundation models. Your research is yours alone.

The interpretations and drafts you choose to save live in your private Firestore records, stored in Google Cloud's Mumbai region (asia-south1), in India, and visible only to you. Your account data does not leave India for storage. (AI requests to Vertex's global endpoint may be processed outside India solely to generate your result, then returned — they are not stored by the model.)

Anything you save or export — interpretations, protocols, write-ups — belongs to you. You can download or delete it at any time, and your exports remain yours to keep even after your subscription ends.

RSMinds is a research-methodology assistant, not a store for patient records. Please do not paste directly identifiable personal data, patient-identifiable health information, or other sensitive records into AI copilots. Work with de-identified or synthetic examples wherever possible.

AI can be wrong or incomplete. Treat every AI suggestion as a draft to verify — review it against your data, your methodology, and, where it matters, a qualified methodologist or statistician before you rely on it. The final judgement is always yours.

1. You deliberately trigger an AI action inside a Mind.
2. Only the minimized content that action needs is sent — nothing more.
3. Google Vertex AI generates a result for you (global endpoint, under Google's DPA).
4. The result is returned and, if you save it, stored in your private records in India (Mumbai).
5. Your input is never retained by the model and never used to train it.
