Copyright & Takedown
Last updated: November 2026
1.We respect copyright
RSMinds is a private workspace for your own research, not a public library. The content on the platform is the material you add and the sessions you save, kept to your account. We respect intellectual property and act on valid reports of infringement.
2.Use only what you have the right to
Add only content you own or are licensed to use, and do not paste full copyrighted articles, questionnaires or other third-party material without permission. When you use AI output, you are responsible for ensuring that what you publish does not infringe anyone else's rights.
3.Report content that infringes your copyright
If you believe content on RSMinds infringes your copyright, write to our Grievance Officer (below) and include all of the following:
- Your name, full contact details, and your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Enough detail for us to find the material (for example, the account email or the session it appears in).
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorised to act for the owner, of the right in question.
4.What happens next
Our Grievance Officer acknowledges your report within 24 hours and acts on a complete, valid notice within the time the law requires — under India's Information Technology Rules, 2021, within 15 days. Where the notice is valid, we promptly remove or disable the material and let the affected user know, with a copy of the notice.
5.If we removed something by mistake
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the Grievance Officer with your contact details and signature, what was removed and where it appeared, a good-faith statement that it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. We may restore the material after a reasonable waiting period, unless the person who complained takes the matter to court.
6.DMCA notices (United States)
If you are in the United States, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to the same contact below. RSMinds is operated from India, so the Grievance Officer process above is our primary route. Knowingly sending a false notice can carry liability under § 512(f).
7.Repeat infringements
Where it is appropriate, we will suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
