1.7-day money-back guarantee
RSMinds offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on every paid access plan purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligible for a refund:
- First paid access plan purchase (Method Sprint, Research Builder, or Research Studio)
- Request made within 7 days of the original payment date
- No more than 50% of the monthly point allowance has been used in the current period
Not eligible for a refund:
- AI Top-up pack purchases (consumable credits, non-refundable once issued)
- Purchases where a refund has already been issued (repeat-refund abuse pattern)
- Purchases older than 7 days from the payment date
To request a refund, email support@rsminds.com with your order ID and payment ID, or use the "Request refund" button in your dashboard (when available). Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
2.Mindful AI Power credits
AI credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once purchased. Credits remain in your account and carry over with active access.
3.Payment disputes
For payment issues, contact support@rsminds.com with your order ID and payment ID. We aim to resolve all payment issues within 7 business days.
4.Beta mode
During the current beta period, premium features are unlocked free of charge via coupon code. Once paid access plans begin, the policies above apply. We will publish a clear transition date on this page before paid plans are activated.
